Telehealth and in-person Groups available for:
1) stress reduction, based on yoga principles of deep breathing, meditation and gentle stretching/chair yoga
2) food diary groups for staying on track and accountability, recipes included.
3) Client choice: options: book club (read a book together facilitated discussion and sharing, dis-ease focused (blood pressure, glucose, or weight or combination).
4) Custom groups- build your own group.

Complete an Interest Form. New groups will start in September and each group will meet weekly at different times and days depending on client availability and demand. Groups are for established clients only (only 1 telehealth visit required; schedule your intake visit by clicking on Schedule an Appointment on the Home page).
Dr. Thomas facilitates at the Broward Mindfulness Community of Practice at Dania Beach for FREE. Previously she facilitated monthly, but we have reduced our gatherings to every 2nd Sunday at 8:30am so there are different certified facilitators every month versus every week. Entrance to the Von D. Mizell & Eula Johnson State Park is the only fee, $4. Join us and bring a friend or family member!
